Pasta di Gragnano is a food product obtained from the mixture of durum wheat semolina with water from the local aquifer and produced throughout the territory of the municipality of Gragnano
They come from the Neapolitan tradition and are a classic to keep in the pantry. Tortiglioni are golden bronze curls of wheat drawn, an excellent PGI Gragnano pasta. The quality can be seen, even if the pasta is drained one minute after the right cooking, they are tenacious and al dente. They go well with Mediterranean vegetables and classic sauces.
