Pecorino Romano DOP is a hard and cooked cheese, produced with whole sheep’s milk from flocks bred in the wild and fed on natural pastures.
The Pecorino Romano DOP proposed in slices obtained from the DOP forms and prepared in a protective atmosphere in the “freshness-saving packages”.
INGREDIENTS: Whole thermized sheep’s milk, lamb rennet, selected lactic ferments, salt.
STORAGE: In the refrigerator or in any case cool (Around 4-6° C)
AGING: 5 months for table cheese, 8 months for grating cheese
PACKING MATERIAL: Tray in multilayer plastic material
SHELF LIFE: 180 Days
